Thank you to all the athletes, coaches, parents, committee and our team manager Melinda for all the hard work put in to be ready for the regional track and field event. I just feel so disappointing for the athletes to get so close and then to not be able to compete. I am very proud of all of them at the amount of hard work, commitment and effort they have put in to be ready and watching the Craigieburn team spirit getting stronger has been very inspiring. My only hope is that the regional events will still go ahead after this lockdown so our athletes can compete and represent our club with the fire and pride I have seen growing inside each and everyone of them.
